Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
  • Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This may include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanging Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@tailrificpets.com.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Responsibility for Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: Tailrific Pets is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

5. Processing Time

  • Refund Processing Time: It may take 5 working days before your refund is officially posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tailrificpets.com.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@tailrificpets.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

We accept returns on any made-to-order items.

How Do I Return an Item?

If you wish to return an item for a refund, send us an email so we can accept your package. The item must be in the original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your returned item of your refund status.

The Item Arrived Was Damaged. What Do I Do?

We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.

What Is Your Return Period?

We accept returns and offer refunds for up to 30 days after a product is delivered. After 14 days we cannot accept any refunds or returns.
